About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor at The Lakeview at 333 is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the community, ensuring that all work orders are completed efficiently and according to established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Completes work orders and routine upkeep on the community
- Oversees the “make-ready” process for vacant units
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of grounds and amenities
- Inspects work performed by other team members and contractors
- Maintains inventory of spare parts and materials
- Performs monthly preventative maintenance
- Assists in developing and managing the budget for repairs and maintenance
- Supports cost-cutting initiatives and safety protocols
- Conducts safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA and other regulations
- Treats residents and team members with respect and responds to maintenance-related inquiries promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field
- Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic math skills
- EPA certifications (Type I and II or Universal) if required
- Valid driver's license for operating a golf cart on the property (if applicable)
Specialized Skills
- EPA certifications (Type I and II or Universal)
- State and local certifications as required
Pay
The hourly range for this position is $32.00-$34.00. Travel / Physical Demands
