Responsibilities
- Lead team members engaged in maintenance and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor downtime and production line efficiencies, identify mechanical trends, and support continuous improvement.
- Remove root causes of equipment failures and support daily maintenance performed by operating teams.
- Train, coach, evaluate, and guide maintenance team members to follow safe and quality-focused work standards.
- Enforce plant safety programs and maintain compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations and internal safety procedures.
- Oversee predictive and preventive maintenance activities including vibration analysis, oil analysis, compressor analysis, and thermal imaging.
- Evaluate preventive and predictive maintenance frequencies to ensure optimal use of resources and improved equipment reliability.
- Ensure equipment is maintained for efficient operation within the maintenance budget, union guidelines, and applicable United States Department of Agriculture regulations.
- Read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, schematics, operating instructions, and maintenance documentation.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least three years of maintenance experience.
- At least one year of experience supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and knowledge of electronic and electrical principles.
Physical Requirements
When visiting manufacturing sites, physical requirements may include walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders, kneeling, performing repetitive tasks requiring hand-eye coordination, lifting/carrying materials varying in weight and size, and working in a noisy, temperature-variable environment with large, moving equipment.
Pay
Annual Base Salary: $70,000.00 - $88,000.00

The role involves working third shift at the Russellville, Arkansas manufacturing facility.
