Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
• Manage maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, fire/sprinkler systems, and generators.
• Schedule and conduct weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual inspections of equipment, electrical systems, fire/sprinkler systems, generators, etc.
• Implement best practices in facilities management to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee Legionella program and inspections of water systems.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team and facility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems, fire/sprinkler systems, and generators, HVAC.
• Proficient in organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively.
• Experience with project management principles as they relate to maintenance operations is preferred.
