Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring that equipment and systems are maintained to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers and technicians to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for upgrades or repairs.
• Ensure adherence to budget constraints and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The Maintenance Supervisor works Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.
