Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and direction to Maintenance Technician(s) and Porter(s)
- Maintain and repair apartment buildings, including multiple locations and building types
- Ensure buildings, grounds, common areas, and vacant units are maintained according to company guidelines
- Complete the “make-ready” process for vacant apartments
- Develop and manage the budget for repair and maintenance
- Prepare for and conduct inspections
- Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs
- Administer insurance claims and work orders
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and supervisors
- Participate in technical training programs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with technical training certifications preferred
- Three years of oversight experience in maintenance buildings and teams
- Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties
- Company-provided EPA certification within six months of employment
- Ability to work flexible hours, travel, and respond to on-call emergencies

Pay
