Maintenance Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares work schedules, assigns work and oversees the work product while minimizing overtime and call-in hours.
- Counsels and manages performance of direct reports (skilled trades).
- Develops and maintains a preventative maintenance schedule program for applicable equipment and machinery.
- Arranges for and manages appropriate third-party contractor support as needed.
- Prepares budgets and secures estimates and cost quotes as needed.
- Enforces sound safety and housekeeping practices.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of six years’ related experience.
- Successful completion of an accredited management training program.
- Previous supervisory experience.
Required Education:
- High school or trade school diploma.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience.
- A proven track record of successful management and leadership.
- A strong background in maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.
- Experience working with skilled trades personnel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
