Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
- Moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
- EPA Universal certification is REQUIRED
- Energetic, responsible and organized
- A true team-player mentality
Skills
- Hands-on with diagnosing and repairing areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling and appliances
- Managing the inventory of “ready” apartments to support the community’s leasing efforts
