Maintenance Supervisor
About the role
Oversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property.
Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance programs.
Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage service requests using Yardi or similar software.
- Maintain budgets and inventory for maintenance supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
- Lead and develop a diverse maintenance team.
- Provide feedback and coaching for performance improvement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification strongly preferred.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
- Three or more years’ hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Qualifications

Pay
The estimated rate of pay is $31.62 - $35.36 per hour. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
