Maintenance Supervisor

Description

Envolve Community Management owns and manages apartment communities in select southeastern U.S. markets. They seek to hire friendly, self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes to join their growing company. Currently, they are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at Boulevard Townhome in Springfield, IL.

Duties

• Directing other staff members
• Delegating assignments to ensure all work orders are completed promptly
• Reviewing and ordering parts or scheduling services for resident work order repairs
• Completing tasks such as wall repairs, HVAC and heating repairs, door, cabinet, and closet repairs
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 5-10 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience
• Must be HVAC & EPA certified
• Available to work overtime
• Must have own hand tools and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely
• Flexible to accommodate an emergency on-call schedule
• CPO certifications preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
