Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Envolve Community Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at London Square Apartments in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate must be HVAC/EPA certified, have at least 3 years of maintenance supervisory experience, and 7 years of maintenance experience. Responsibilities include directing staff, completing work orders, HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, and accommodating an emergency on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Directing other staff members and delegating assignments
• Completing all work orders in a timely manner
• Reviewing and ordering parts or scheduling services for repairs
• Performing wall repairs, A/C and Heating repairs, door, cabinet, and closet repairs
• Completing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience
• 7 years of Maintenance Experience
• Must be HVAC/EPA licensed and available to work overtime
• Must have own hand tools and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely and use proper equipment
• CPO certifications preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must pass a background screening and drug test

Schedule
