Maintenance Supervisor

What You’ll Do

Peak Property Group, a Coastal Ridge company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our growing team in Cincinnati, Ohio! As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the management and oversight of our Cincinnati multi-site multi-family portfolio.

• Oversee all property maintenance activity, including managing all general repairs via in-house maintenance and general subcontractors, vacant apartment turnover, preventative maintenance, and special projects to enhance the operations of the portfolio.
• Manage and provide leadership to the in-house maintenance team, including effective training and development, motivation, quality control, and expense management.
• Cookinate work as needed with outside subcontractors, negotiate for best pricing, schedule and oversee completion of work.
• Inspect properties to ensure they are being properly maintained, clean, safe, and presentable. Make recommendations to address deferred maintenance, plan capital needs, and enhance curb appeal.

Where You’ll Work

You'll work out of our centrally located office in Hyde Park, while managing and servicing multi-family properties throughout Cincinnati neighborhoods such as Clifton Heights, Over the Rhine, and East Walnut Hills in your company provided vehicle. Properties range in size from single family homes up to mid-size apartment buildings, totaling 500+ units and growing.

What You’ll Own

Oversee all property maintenance activity, manage and provide leadership to the in-house maintenance team, coordinate work with outside subcontractors, inspect properties, and make recommendations for improvements.

Who You Are

• Experience in property management, operations, real estate, maintenance, project management, or construction.
• Knowledge of property maintenance including HVAC, appliances, electrical, and plumbing.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be insurable under company policy. A company vehicle is provided.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outside for long periods of time. Must be able to lift/move loads up to 50 lbs as well as use a ladder.
