Maintenance Supervisor - Apartment Community

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Mesa Gardens Apartments in Pueblo. We currently manage over 80,000 apartment units in 26 states, making us the 10th largest multifamily owner in the country.

Pay

$25–$27/hour plus:

• $1,000 quarterly supervisor bonus (up to $4,000/year)
• $100/week on-call bonus
• Minimum 1.5 hours of pay for any call
• $50 on-call bonus per day for any major holiday worked

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make-ready / turn units between tenants
• Painting/staining (interior and exterior)
• Work with the Property Manager on monthly budget reviews
• Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
• Perform exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Manage coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in maintenance
• 2+ years in multi-family housing preferred
• Experience managing/supervising 2+ employees
• Experience managing maintenance in up to 200 units
• Drywall, painting, and carpentry skills
• Working knowledge of plumbing (including sweating copper pipe)
• Working knowledge of electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
• Physical demonstration of basic job duties required during interview
