Pay & Benefits
- $25.00–$30.00 per hour (DOE)
- Up to $4,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
- On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

Schedule
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-call rotation: 1 week every 4 weeks
Responsibilities
- Oversee and complete work orders & apartment turns
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry
- Lead and execute preventive maintenance programs
- Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members
- Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal needs
- Partner with Property Manager on projects, budgets, and capital improvements
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
Requirements
- 4+ years of maintenance experience (apartment/multifamily preferred)
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Vendor management and supply ordering experience preferred
- Strong skills across plumbing, electrical, drywall, framing, carpentry
- Welding experience is a plus
- HVAC & EPA certification REQUIRED with 2+ years of experience in HVAC
- Reliable, proactive, and ready to take ownership immediately
