Maintenance Supervisor (3rd Shift)

About the role

Oversee maintenance, repair, and operations warehouse materials on the 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize material management to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Oversee receiving, inventory, and dispatch processes for internal and external locations.
• Collaborate with vendors and ensure contract adherence for maintenance activities.
• Maintain optimal conditions for maintenance materials.
• Enhance collaboration with maintenance teams for seamless work management.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and continuous activities.
• Handle personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and discipline.
• Perform tasks similar to team members as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of related work experience.

• Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
• Safety principles (preferred)
• Operations planning (preferred)
• Supervisory experience (preferred)
• SAP and reliability tools knowledge (preferred)
