Maintenance Supervisor (3rd Shift)

The AWS/Maintenance Supervisor oversees hourly associates, managing activities to ensure compliance with company and client standards. Responsibilities include: executing departmental strategies, fostering a safety-first culture, building a positive team environment, and leading from a servant leadership approach. They support operational efficiency by managing labor, supplies, and equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving safety protocols. Additionally, they utilize tools like WebTMA and ISIS Pro modules for effective management, develop and mentor team members, and maintain strong communication and relationships across departments. Qualifications: require 2-3 years in plant and operations maintenance management, experience mentoring hourly staff, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and knowledge of facility systems. Preferred certifications include CPMM, with skills in leadership, negotiation, communication, and time management. They should demonstrate integrity, energy, attention to detail, and the ability to lead both directly and through influence, ensuring high-performance and safety standards.
