What You Will Do
- Ensure a safe work environment and full compliance with company, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Lead and prioritize daily maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, and reactive) to support production needs.
- Monitor and drive maintenance KPIs, equipment reliability, and root cause problem-solving efforts.
- Oversee equipment repairs, outages, contractors, and vendor work execution.
- Manage maintenance budget, CMMS compliance (SAP PM or equivalent), and spare parts availability.
- Improve shop organization and equipment condition through 5S, CIL, and defect elimination practices.
- Develop, coach, and manage maintenance team members, including hiring and performance management.
- Promote adherence to company values, policies, and standards of conduct.
What We Look For
- Typically has 3+ years related experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Must have knowledge and skills in the technologies of fasteners, lubrication, mechanical drive systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, fabrication, electrical power systems, electrical control systems, production/process, refrigeration, boilers, HVAC, and computerized maintenance management systems
- Working knowledge of food plant production and processing equipment preferred
- Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety, EPA regulations, USDA and sanitation standards preferred
- Must have previous supervisor experience
- Basic PC skills including expertise with MS Office and Outlook
- SAP experience beneficial
- Must have basic mathematical and problem-solving skills to generate and maintain departmental reports
- Must be capable and willing to work any shift and be on 24-hour call for emergency situations as necessary

- The base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $113,000 annually, with eligibility for a 10 % annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $113,000 annually, with eligibility for a 10 % annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
