Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance activities during assigned hours
• Ensure equipment functionality
• Cookout and coordinate preventive maintenance
• Supervise a team of technicians

Requirements

• Strong electrical background
• Sound judgment
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Demonstrated electrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated supervisory experience within maintenance operations
• Ability to work 2nd shift, weekends, and maintain a flexible schedule as needed
