What You’ll Bring as a Maintenance Supervisor

  • 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision
  • HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing
  • Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies
  • High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred)

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Conifer Realty, you’ll:

  • Lead and train maintenance staff to uphold Conifer’s quality and safety standards
  • Manage work orders, make-ready units, and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Cookorate with the Community Manager on budgets, inspections, and resident care
  • Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations
  • Assist with repairs, groundskeeping, and seasonal tasks when needed

Sign-on bonus of $1,500

Specific to this position and paid in three equal installments at 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months of employment. Employee must be in good standing and actively employed at the time each installment is paid. Subject to applicable taxes. Contact People + Culture for complete program details.

Work schedules

  • Work schedules may include Saturdays, based on property performance needs such as occupancy levels, leasing activity, and rent collections.
  • When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.
  • Employees are expected to support leasing efforts, resident engagement, and rent collection activities during scheduled weekend hours.
  • Work schedules are subject to change based on business needs and property performance.
