Job Summary
Country Villa Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Assistant to join our team. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or Plant Operations Manager, this position assists with facility maintenance, building maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, safety inspections, and general maintenance to keep our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center safe, clean, comfortable, and in excellent working condition. The Maintenance Technician will perform hands-on maintenance and repair duties throughout the facility, including basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, equipment, and building maintenance. This position also helps ensure compliance with required safety, Life Safety, OSHA, preventative maintenance, and facility standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, safety-conscious, and comfortable troubleshooting and completing a variety of general maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
