Responsibilities
- Assist in the responsibility and accountability of all maintenance tasks to include monthly lawn care.
- Ensure the proper performance/completion of all maintenance and service functions on property.
- Responsible for organizational skills, excellent communication skills and strong working knowledge of maintenance skills.
- Requires good physical and mental health, ability to walk/stand for long periods of time, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Position demands experience in property maintenance, specifically three or more years.
- Must have own transportation and hold a valid driver's license.
- Must clear a criminal background check.
- Computer skills are a plus.
