Responsibilities

• Assist in the responsibility and accountability of all maintenance tasks to include monthly lawn care.
• Ensure the proper performance/completion of all maintenance and service functions on property.
• Responsible for organizational skills, excellent communication skills and strong working knowledge of maintenance skills.
• Requires good physical and mental health, ability to walk/stand for long periods of time, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Position demands experience in property maintenance, specifically three or more years.
• Must have own transportation and hold a valid driver's license.
• Must clear a criminal background check.
• Computer skills are a plus.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Three or more years' experience in property maintenance.
• Own transportation and valid driver's license.
• Criminal background check clearance required.
• Computer skills are preferred.
