Lot maintenance, carpentry, troubleshooting minor issues, and site inspections for new manufactured homes.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintenance of manufactured homes
- Courtesy cosmetic service including sheetrock repair, painting, and doors
- Customer service
- Work in extreme weather conditions
Requirements
- Great customer service
- Clean driving record
- Background check
- Driver's License (Required)
Qualifications
- 1 year of maintenance experience (Preferred)
- Preferred carpentry experience
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of manufacturing home systems
