About the role
The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of all company facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on company equipment and facilities.
- Respond to and resolve customer service requests related to facility issues.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance or similar field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using common maintenance tools and equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of building systems and utilities.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.

Pay
$20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
