Maintenance Specialist

Maintenance

• Execute work orders and apartment turnovers (includes painting)
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Conduct daily inspections of the property
• Identify and address potential issues proactively

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related maintenance fields
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Yardi
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
• Knowledge of property management regulations and laws
• Customer service orientation
