About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems in a facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Install and upgrade lighting fixtures
- Inspect and replace worn-out parts
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in maintenance or related field
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Good problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with diagnostic testing equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
