Responsibilities
This position involves skilled work across multiple trades to maintain, repair, and improve the region’s Fine Wine & Good Spirits locations. It supports the agency by ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and attractive. As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will perform the following duties:
- Facility Construction: Build and install shelving, counters, partitions, platforms, and various fixtures
- Door and Lock Work: Repair and adjust doors, frames, automatic openers, and install or fix locks
- Electrical Systems: Install circuits, outlets, lighting fixtures, and wiring in line with electrical standards
- Plumbing Tasks: Install and repair commodes, spigots, piping, and other plumbing fixtures
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools, and maintenance vehicles
