What You’ll Do
- Lead daily maintenance operations to maximize uptime and minimize downtime
- Develop, coach, and manage maintenance team performance
- Drive preventive maintenance and reliability programs using data-driven practices
- Partner cross-functionally to meet production and operational goals
- Oversee contractors, capital projects, and maintenance budgets
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and improve performance
What You Bring
- 8 years of maintenance and reliability experience (chemical/petrochemical preferred)
- 3 years of leadership experience in a plant environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical)
- Strong expertise in reliability, mechanical integrity, and project management
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and SAP preferred
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
