About the role

Based at our Chicago Heights manufacturing site, the Maintenance Planner / Scheduler plays a critical role in optimizing plant operations. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime and support safe, efficient production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules aligned with production needs
- Review, prioritize and track maintenance work orders to ensure timely and effective completion
- Cook materials, parts, tools, internal resources and external vendors to support maintenance execution
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history and performance data
- Analyze maintenance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability and cost control
- Support planned shutdowns, turnarounds and major maintenance activities
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Nufarm safety standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Management or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in maintenance planning, scheduling or coordination within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience using CMMS and work order management systems
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Maintenance or planning certifications are an advantage
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 per year.
