Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Coordinate work orders and ensure availability of critical spare parts and materials.
- Partner with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to schedule work efficiently.
- Maintain accurate CMMS data and analyze equipment history to enhance asset performance.
- Support reliable and safe operation of manufacturing facilities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS).
