Maintenance Person

About the role

Under the supervision of the Building Superintendent, the Maintenance Person is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, well-maintained, and friendly environment for members to enjoy. In the absence of professional staff, this role will be directly responsible for the entire Stoughton Branch facility, including the parking lot area, building security, and the general well-being of members. The Maintenance Person will reflect and display the values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility—the four core values of character development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility
• Oversee the parking lot area and building security
• Ensure the general well-being of members
• Uphold and demonstrate core values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to walk up and down stairs
• Must have passed a physical and drug screen
