Maintenance Operations Analyst (Fort Campbell)

Responsibilities

  • Review of daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports monitoring.
  • Avoidance of discrepancies in subcontracted work on purchase orders and work orders.
  • Ensuring accurate recording of labor and materials on work orders.
  • Making recommendations for solutions and ensuring their implementation.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring, direction, and attention of Open Aging service orders.
  • Collaboration with Service Order Coordinators and Service Order Manager/Maintenance Manager to update open aging in the system.
  • Scheduling and managing response and completion times to meet deadlines.
  • Providing indicators and information to Service Order Coordinators, Service Order Manager/Maintenance Manager, and Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Monitoring and updating weekly and monthly open purchase orders to ensure costs are accurately captured and purchase orders are processed promptly.
  • Consulting with Managers and Coordinators to improve accuracy, record-keeping, and compliance.
  • Assisting site leadership with report preparation for project reviews, military partners, and corporate management.
  • Coordinating solicitations and site needs for Request for Proposals (RFPs) with the Portfolio Contracts team.
  • Maintaining environmental trackers and life/health/safety (LHS) and environmental work order coding and tracking.
  • Scheduling and providing training for the maintenance department.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • A valid driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Sound judgement and reasoning.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
  • Experience in maintenance and facilities.
  • Experience with Yardi property management software.
