Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Advanced certifications in maintenance or relevant field.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong background in PLC programming and automation systems.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Associate degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
• Relevant work experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform maintenance tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.

Qualifications

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to schedule maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory and order necessary replacements.
• Develop and follow maintenance procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Train and supervise junior maintenance staff and technicians.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure machinery and equipment function correctly.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
• Analyze equipment performance data and suggest improvements.
• Install new equipment and systems as needed.
• Work to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
