Job Description ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Includes But Is Not Limited To Provide maintenance support for the Belgravia facility by maintaining and repairing machinery in various areas including evisceration, packaging, and W&P.Indicate the major day to day problems you encounter and the solution to these problemsWhat actions you take independently and what requires approval by higher authorityDetermine job requirement and provide for safetyHelp maintain quality and food safety to insure compliance with company quality standards and USDA requirements Qualifications Includes but is not limited to: Must have five years experience in poultry processing maintenance or related fieldMust be able to troubleshoot and make “on the spot” corrections to emergency situationsMust be able to weld, arc, and heli-arc, and use cutting torchMust have good written and oral communication skills, in English.Must be self motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervisionMust be able to lift 50LBSMust be able to work from ladder, safelyA mechanical test will be administered and utilized to determine skill levelMust be able to work rotating shifts and weekends as requiredMust be willing to cross train in processing maintenance areaMust be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10HRS) on a concrete/metal grate floorMaintain management standards.
