Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety standards
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems to identify and address issues/repairs
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or plumbing problems in equipment, machinery, and facilities
• Ensure that equipment and instruments are calibrated correctly to maintain accuracy and precision
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance requests and work orders
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Assist supervisor/leads in training team members on basic functioning/preventative maintenance measures
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks when necessary

Requirements

• 1-2 years of construction, commercial, or industrial maintenance experience
• Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to climb, kneel, crouch, and work above the shoulders
• High school diploma
• Experience with forklift or truck maintenance (ideal but not required)
• Must have own tools
