About the role
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and organizing company tools and equipment to ensure they are safe, functional, and readily available to support field operations. This role plays a critical part in maximizing tool life, minimizing downtime, and maintaining accurate inventory and asset management.Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanically inclined
- Prior experience working in a shop environment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer skills, including email and CMMS
- Basic welding and fabrication experience
- Safety-first mindset
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Ability to interpret equipment parts breakdowns
- High level of organization
Qualifications
