Maintenance Mechanic - $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on press lines, casting equipment, packing systems, and paint systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
- Replace defective parts and conduct necessary repairs.
- Maintain building, grounds, and utility systems.
- Aid with equipment upgrades, replacements, and enhancements.
- Obtain and maintain a Mobile Equipment license (e.g., Forklift, Scissor Lift).
- Enter and manage work orders for identified issues or deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
- Ensure the maintenance shop is clean and well-organized.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to continuous improvement and stay informed on advancements in relevant systems and technologies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure that shows measurements in feet and inches.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).

Pay
- Hourly rate: $24/hr-$30/hr DOE
- $3,000 Sign-on bonus
- +$1/hour for night shift differential
- Eligible for monthly profit sharing
Schedule
- 6pm-6am
- 4x4 schedule
