Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas of maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical repairs, carpentry, flooring.
• Install or repair hot water heaters.
• Repair faucets, drains, replace switches, receptacles, wiring, install woodbase, flooring, glass, etc.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2 years of Maintenance experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• English language proficiency.

Pay & Schedule

• $22.95 - $32.09 hourly rate based on years of experience.
• $1,500 sign-on bonus!
• Full-time position, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, On-call 24/7.
