Maintenance Manager II

About the role

This facility is part of our Prepared Foods business unit and manufactures. This position is responsible for supervising and planning the execution of cost effective and timely maintenance necessary for the operation of all equipment processes required by the Processing Maintenance and Refrigeration departments.

Responsibilities

• Directing, coordinating, and supporting maintenance supervisors and personnel.
• Working with contractors, vendors or company engineering in the modification or installation of equipment troubleshooting.
• Resolving new and or different technical problems regarding equipment processes.
• Efficiently managing maintaining highly automated systems including PLCs, HMIs, and Robotics.
• Coordinating maintaining the maintenance training program for maintenance Team Members.
• Assisting in preparing and overseeing budgets
