The Must-Haves
- Experience: Prior supervisory experience in a shop or maintenance setting.
- Credentials: A High School Diploma/GED and the ability to obtain a Certified Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within 6 months.
- Technical Skills: DOT certification for air brake inspection and a knack for Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Physical Prowess: You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty and can handle the physical demands of a bustling shop environment.
