Maintenance Manager / Chief Engineer

This is a "hands on" job

The Maintenance Manager will complete work orders and conduct preventive maintenance. Ensure the hotel's maintenance and upkeep meet Tudor, Brand, and Guest standards. Support Leadership in overseeing and supervising all aspects of the Engineering function.

• Proactively follow departmental procedures for repair, maintenance, alteration, and installation work.
• Provide advice and support to other engineers as needed.
• Identify and repair all mechanical failures, including appliances, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing issues.
• Maintain communications with supervisors regarding materials, tools, and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• A valid driver’s license
• Basic knowledge of safety and security work practices
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in hotels, facilities maintenance (1-3 years preferred)
• General technical experience
• The ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally
• The ability to stand and move for long periods of time
