Chief Maintenance Engineer
Full-time position at Hotel Chateau on the Lake, Branson, MO.

Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor an engineering team that keeps safety, service, and standards at the core.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Strategically plan and execute the capital and engineering budgets.
- Manage inventory and scheduling to ensure productivity.
- Champion loss prevention and safety programs.
- Partner with leadership to support renovations and preventive maintenance projects that elevate guest experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years in engineering with experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and hold a team accountable.
- Budget & P&L experience, including knowledge of R&M and labor costs.
- Knowledge of safety codes.
- Tech-savvy mindset with familiarity in CMMS and Workday.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, or holidays.

Pay
Compensation range: $90,000 - $110,000. Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
