Aid in planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
Ensure all maintenance personnel are well-trained on the most updated version of operating equipment and other maintenance skills; maintain a safe workplace and comply with all safety and regulated programs.
Maintain a computerized maintenance management system SAP for tracking work orders and adequate inventory of replacement parts.
Make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems through analyzing data.
Ensure all maintenance personnel are properly trained, equipped, and motivated to accomplish maintenance programs and processes safely, timely, and efficiently.
Maintain a tracking system for analyzing key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, etc.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, OSHA, PSM, and environmental policies and procedures, and enforce the safety program.
Monitor and administer purchasing and use of all parts and equipment materials and supplies utilized in the maintenance department.
Administer the maintenance budget and ensure the achievement of financial goals.

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6+ years of maintenance experience.
High degree of electrical/PLC proficiency and troubleshooting experience preferred.
Standard computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; some public speaking skills.
Industrial Maintenance experience in fields such as electrical, refrigeration, hydraulics, or mechanical.
Strong emphasis on electrical/PLC troubleshooting, automation, and robotics.
Supervisory responsibilities for supervising a group of personnel who perform similar or interrelated tasks.
