Maintenance Lead (Glacier Park Lodge)

About the role

This is a full-time position. The role is expected to run from May 1, 2026, through December 31, 2029.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare lodges, hotels, cabins, staff housing, and a variety of other buildings for opening
• Responsible for a variety of general maintenance and repair & other improvements to buildings, equipment, and facilities
• Trash removal and hauling for disposal
• Keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

Requirements

• Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
• 2-3 years maintenance or construction experience preferred
• You’ll need a valid US driver’s license
• Willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
• Committed to Safety First
• Organized with a great eye for detail
• Kind to others and always bring your best
• A good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
