Maintenance - Groundskeeper

Duties

• Cleaning apartments after move-out and preparing them for new residents.
• Removing all trash from the grounds of the community daily.
• Sweeping sidewalks and driveways on a regular basis.
• Watering trees and trimming grass and shrubs.
• Supporting the maintenance team with make-readies and lending a hand to housekeeping when necessary.
• Replacing light bulbs.
• Distributing flyers and letters to residents if necessary.
• Assisting in keeping the Maintenance shop clean.
• Ensuring the security of the property at all times.

Requirements

• Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Availability on notice for snow and ice emergencies and other on-site emergencies.
• Up to one-month related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience.
