About the role
The role involves maintaining the grounds and facilities of a residential community, ensuring cleanliness and order.
Responsibilities
- Maintain grounds and facilities in a clean and orderly manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and cleaning.
- Ensure safety and security measures are in place and functioning properly.
- Respond to emergencies and assist with facility repairs as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in groundskeeping or similar field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong physical fitness and stamina.
- Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using lawn care equipment.
- Experience with basic landscaping techniques.
- Ability to follow safety protocols.

Pay
