Maintenance/Groundskeeper

About the role

Lifesteps is a non-profit human services organization serving Western Pennsylvania for over 100 years, dedicated to helping individuals and families with life's changing needs. This position is responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial, and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with weekends off.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electricity principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair.
• Ability to read and write.
• Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania.

Preferred Qualifications

• Building Maintenance Certification.
