Responsibilities

• Maintain community cleanliness by daily picking up trash and debris throughout the property / dumpster area
• Sweep and blow breezeways, sidewalks, and other common areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests
• Operate and lift equipment up to 50 lb.
• Able to use / operate a pressure washer for power washing designated areas
• Deliver resident notices in a timely and professional manner
• Assist the maintenance team with tasks as needed, including light repairs and upkeep
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety guidelines and company standards

Qualifications

• Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be available on notice in event of snow and/or ice and other on-site emergencies
• Up to one-month related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience
