About the role
The role involves maintaining grounds and facilities in a high-end resort setting, ensuring all areas are clean and in good condition.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all resort grounds and facilities.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and cleaning.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
- Respond to guest requests and emergencies promptly.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in groundskeeping or similar field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong physical fitness and stamina.
- Knowledge of landscaping tools and techniques.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Skills
- Proficiency with lawn care equipment.
- Experience with snow removal and ice management.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.

Pay

Schedule
