Maintenance/Groundskeeper

About the role

Responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial, and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive building and equipment maintenance
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical work, and welding tasks
• Maintain refrigeration, air conditioning, and boiler systems
• Ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in safe, working condition

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with building maintenance tasks
• Ability to read and write
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Building Maintenance Certification
