About the role

This position reports to the Associate Director of Maintenance for the maintenance, repair, and regulatory compliance of District buildings and grounds. The role ensures that students, staff, and the community have facilities that are safe and well-maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of increasing responsibilities in facilities and maintenance.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Working Environment

The job requires:

• 40% sitting, 30% walking, and 30% standing.
• Performance indoors under minimal temperature variations and outdoors under regional temperature variations.
• Generally hazard-free environment.
