Maintenance- Field Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a Book of Business by proactively establishing a working and professional relationship with a CRM, Crew Leaders, Irrigation Technicians, Spray Technicians and other Field Personnel they manage for their assigned book of business.
• Oversees all quality control on maintenance accounts and irrigation work for their assigned book of business.
• Schedules maintenance crews, irrigation techs, spray techs, and other field work as needed to meet quality goals and customer expectations.
• Proactively manages irrigation needs for the maintenance accounts.
• Mets productivity budgets for hours, gross margin, and book revenue. This includes checking timecards for accuracy and adjusting the schedule as needed.
• Meet with Client Relationship Manager on sites when needed.
• Meet the maintenance crew on site when needed.
• Trains Crew Leaders, Crews, Irrigation Technicians, Spray Technicians, and other Field Staff as needed to meet Green Summit’s quality and operational standards.
• Ensures staffing needs for the workload are met.
